Kalkan Apartment Tekeeli is
located on a small private development situated 5 - 10 minutes walk
to Kalkan Old Town. The apartment is accessed via a private made up and
finished road, leading to a private car parking area to the front of the
apartment. The landscaped gardens, swimming pool and private road are very
clean and maintained daily by the on site maintenance team.
A very good local supermarket
is only 5 minutes walk away as is the local Dolmus (shared minibus) stop
and the Kalkan Thursday Market, all areas of Kalkan are within walking distance.
The apartment is managed locally and will provide you with a point of contact
whilst staying in our Kalkan apartment. Located on the Kalkan main street,
the management and staff will be pleased to assist or arrange car hire,
boat trips or a tour of the many historic sites in the region.

APARTMENT INFORMATION
The apartment has superb sea views from the main
lounge, balconies and Pool terrace and is only a 5-10 minute walk from
the local supermarket, Kalkan Old Town and Thursday Market, making it
an ideal location for those wanting peace and relaxation, whilst close
enough to the centre without the need of a taxi.

Table & Chairs & sun Loungers, perfect for Alfresco Dining.
Two spacious bedrooms, One King size and Two single
beds both equipped with hairdryers and ample storage.
Spacious Lounge with Large L Shaped Sofa DVD Player,
Movie Collection, Board Games and I Pod docking station etc.
Well equipped kitchen with Washing Machine, Iron,
Ironing board, Fridge Freezer, Hob, Oven and cooking utensils.
A modern bathroom with Bath / Shower, Bidet, WC
and basin.
The apartment is cleaned and towels / bedding laundered on a weekly
basis prior to changeover and midway through fortnightly stays. Additional
cleaning and laundry are available on request.
This is a first floor apartment with private entrance, an external stone
stairway leads down to the pool terrace and car parking area, the stairway
is wide and not steep but may not be suitable for persons with
mobility
problems.
The apartment is maintained by a very reputable
and long established property management company, based in Kalkan with
an English co owner, they are on hand to assist you during your
stay and are able to provide car hire, tours and advice.
