The information below is a copy of the
booking form and terms & conditions of rental that is mailed out
to all customers following a booking request. The conditions are
designed to ensure that the apartment is respected by guests, ensuring
that all guests have a comfortable and relaxing experience during
their holiday.

Thank you for booking your holiday at Kalkan Apartment Tekeeli, In order to make a confirmed
booking, we need you to provide the following information. Please note, bookings will only be
confirmed when this booking form has been returned completed with the relevent deposit in the
pre paid envelope provided.(verbal bookings will be held for 7 days whilst awaiting confirmation)

Transfers
Transfers to and from Kalkan are not included in the price of Apartment rental. This can be
arranged for you once you have booked your flights and received confirmation arrival/departure
times.
We use a local Kalkan company, ABI Travel, who provide a professional, reliable service
and have a fleet of modern air-conditioned vehicles. Transfers are payable locally to ABI Travel during
your holiday in Kalkan. ABI Travel are also the management company who manage the cleaning,
Laundry and maintenance of the apartment, providing a point of contact for you during your
holiday.
Return transfer prices ( 2010) are as follows :
Private Car (up to 3 people with small luggage) £110
Private Standard Size Mini Bus (up to 7 people) £130
Private Large Size Mini Bus (up to 10 people) £180

Terms & Conditions
A £100.00 non-refundable deposit is due with this booking form. The owners reserve the
right to re-advertise your chosen dates if the balance is not received 8 weeks prior to your
arrival date. A reminder will be forwarded prior to the date final payment is required.
Late bookings: Less than 8 weeks before arrival - payment due in full.
A £100.00 damage/breakage deposit will be due at the same time as your balance payment. This
deposit will be returned to you in full within two weeks of your return home subject to:
No damage to the apartment or its contents other than normal wear and tear.
The apartment being left in a clean condition.
No damage or loss of towels or bed linen.
No loss of keys. In the event of key loss or locking yourself out, spare keys are held locally.
Apartment Tekeeli is strictly non-smoking inside the apartment including balconies.
No pets allowed.
The owners reserve the right to refuse bookings at their discretion.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation charge will apply :
More than 8 weeks from arival date £100 Deposit
4 to 8 weeks from arival date 50%
2 to 4 weeks from arival date 75%
Less than 2 weeks from arival date Full Charge
We strongly advise you to take adequate travel insurance when booking your flights.
Please make your deposit cheque for £100.00 payable to 'Mrs B McKearnen and return in pre paid
envelope supplied.
Payment also accepted by credit card or bank transfer, please contact Beverley McKearnen for
